What will you do?

  • You attract customers and think along with them to guide them through further digitalisation.
  • You are responsible for the further expansion of our business line: Business Development & Innovation.  
  • You can immerse yourself in the world of agile software development, digital and mobile experiences, onshore/nearshore/offshore development, Internet of Things, ... .
  • You are passionate about technology and follow the trends within IT. 
  • Your target group is within the public sector so you will connect with the policy makers within the various government bodies. You will have contact with the general or financial director, staff member or ICT manager.
  • You are able to build sustainable long-term relationships with new customers.
  • You are driven and get energy from achieving commercial success.
  • You analyse the market, look for opportunities and know how to convert them into commercial contracts. It is also important to thoroughly map out the needs of the (potential) customer in order to be able to generate solutions tailored to the customer.
  • You look for synergies with other players in the field that can complement the offer of the entire Cipal Schaubroeck group and you actively develop partnerships.
  • You ensure the follow-up of your existing customers and you look for new opportunities.
  • You report directly to the Business Unit Manager but also work closely with other colleagues in the team to achieve your results.


 

Who you are

  • You already have successful work experience in a commercial field service role
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree and can also think along at this level.
  • You are the "voice" of our company, so a customer-friendly attitude and a smooth talk are important, as well as a diplomatic attitude. 
  • You like to take the initiative and are not afraid to make contacts at C-level
  • You have proven experience in the public sector and in the IT sector, with a focus on project-driven business.  
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and preferably French.
  • You will regularly visit our customers and therefore you are in possession of a driving license B.
